All orders are considered final, and we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Exceptions apply only in cases where an item arrives damaged or if you’ve received the wrong product.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at (shopeloura.eg@gmail.com). Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos showing the problem, and we’ll gladly look into it for you.
